Elle has been in the hair industry for 40 years. She and her husband Mark have owned Elle Salon ltd. since 2008. Our intention for this business was to create a warm, family atmosphere for our incredibly creative staff members and their clientele.

Elle has also sought out a more healthy way to color hair with her discovery of the Organic Color Systems and Oway Organics hair color companies.
